Cancellations and Returns Policy
1. Order Cancellations and Damages
Once an order is confirmed, it constitutes a binding agreement and may not be cancelled. Any damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of collection or delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the rejection of your claim.
2. Cancellation Policy

If payment is not made within ten (10) working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Orders exceeding R5,000 (excluding VAT) cancelled by the client will incur a 15% handling and administrative fee.

Where layouts have already been prepared, a fee of R100 (excluding VAT) per layout will apply.

Orders that include multiple components requiring consolidation are non-cancellable and non-returnable once stock consolidation has begun.

No cancellations are permitted after final artwork approval or once branding work has commenced.

Worn clothing items must be laundered before return. A laundry fee of R7.50 per garment will apply if items are returned unclean.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Consumables

Perishable goods

Memory sticks

Masks and sanitisers

Items requiring assembly or consolidation

Discontinued or clearance items
Unless the item is proven to be defective or faulty.
4. Faulty Goods
Faulty or defective goods must be reported within five (5) days of receipt. Delayed notifications may result in ineligibility for returns or replacements.

New goods may be covered by either a specific product warranty or a manufacturer’s warranty. Certain items may not carry warranties and may contain latent defects for which we are not responsible.

Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or credit issuance for faulty goods. If no fault is found, all associated costs will be billed to the customer.
